TERMS & CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all contracts of purchase, supplies and other services between Katharina Lucia Eder (herafter referred to as the “seller”) and the customer (referred to as the “client”).
The sale (“engagement”) between Katharina Lucia Eder
and the client is exclusively submitted to an regulated by the following conditions and does not take into consideration any prior agreements or arrangements, either verbal or written. The contracts are subject to Austrian substantive law to the exclusion of uniform law on the international sale of goods. The seller’s jurisdiction is the relevant court of law in Vienna, Austria.
All transactions are processed in $USD (U.S. Dollars)
3. Order & Contracting
An order and/or a contract between the buyer and the seller is valid after a completed order procedure from the buyer as well as a sent confirmation message from the seller. The confirmation message with all necessary order data will be sent via e-mail generally during two working days. Orders and Contracts are legal only with individuals of full age.
4. Right of Withdrawal from a contract
The client has the right of withdrawal within 14 working days after she/he received the ware without giving reasons. This right of withdrawal only applies to the consumers on the ground of consumer protection law and does not apply to businesses. The ware which returned in this way must be returned complete and in their original packaging. In case the product´s value has diminished as a result of the client, he/she must bear the compensation costs.
The costs applicable to the return of products must be borne by the client. Saturday does not count as a working day in context to the right of withdraw from a contract. The time limit of 14 working days starts upon the receipt of the order at the client. The right of withdrawal from a contract is ensured with the timely posting of the written cancellation by mail or email or of the product to the seller.
5. Price and Delivery
Sales price are net prices (VAT free §6(1)27 UStG).
Products in stock will be ready for shipping within 2–3 business days after receiving the prepayment on the account of the seller.
Shipping costs are additionally added to the sale prices. The customer will be clearly informed about the shipping costs during the ordering process.
Supplies are uninsured and the client bears the full risk. Cost of Insurance of supplies are dependent on size and weight of the delivered goods and will be added to the original price. A written application for additional insurance is necessary in order to fulfill the legal terms.
6. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: An der Goldenen Stiege 16/8, 2340 Mödling, Austria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept payments via Stripe & Paypal – therefore credit card as well.

8. Third Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
In case of delivery of an incomplete or defective product the cost of delivery shall be borne by the seller. The client is entitled to the replacement of the incomplete or defect product or to another product of equivalent value. A cash refund will only be made in case of mis-delivery on part of the seller and if the product cannot be replaced by another article of equivalent value.
10. Customer Service Policy
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days
11. Non-returnable items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
12. Links & Google Analytics
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

14. Final Clauses
The contracts are subject to Austrian substantive law to the exclusion of uniform law on the international sale of goods. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of katharinalucia | yogaART
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
