The painting that creates the base for this design was created during my time of going inwards and into silence in order to reconnect with my true self again. Talk less, feel more.
After distancing myself further and further from myself, my essence, my true and deep passions, my yoga journey and giving birth to my first child Bastian Ananda made my creativity explode to an enormous amount – which was the first step towards re-connecting with my true essence and finally aligning with my soul again.
The title of the design, „talk less, feel more“, which is also Rumi-inspired, reflects the crucial process of becoming still when feeling lost... the more you listen, the more you can hear. It refers to the necessity of leaning towards joy and trusting your intuition in order to be able to hear you heart talk find healing.
The two lotus flowers on the original painting reflect my beautiful blooming self and that of my child. The work is full of my intense and neverending love for life, my gratitude for the amazing souls surrounding me, and the ups and downs on my journey towards true bliss.
